Where to begin? I would give this purchase 11/10 stars if I could. First up: the seller's craftsmanship is - in the literal sense - amazing. He's renovated this desk into an exquisite work of art: it's clear so much love and care went into his work here, and I am certain that is the same with every piece of work he undertakes.

I have no doubt he uses proper, professional, and (where relevant) traditional techniques, which is impressive in itself. We'd asked for the leather to be replaced in a different colour, and it looks beautiful.

His customer service was also superb. Great, patient communication from the start, when I had quite a few questions, through to the end when the desk arrived well packaged and safe. I've wanted a desk like this for decades; so glad I bought this one, from this seller.
